Lead Flow Labs, a Noble Ventures, LLC company (“we,” “us”), operates this website and provides marketing and customer-acquisition services to businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It covers this site and the calls and text messages we send about your inquiry.
Information We Collect
What you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, business type, and whatever you write in the message field.
What comes from calls and texts. If we speak on the phone we may record or monitor the call for quality, training, and recordkeeping. We keep a record of the text messages sent between us.
What the site collects on its own. Standard server logs: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you opened, and when. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers, and we set no cookies of our own. Our hosting provider may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.
Calls and Text Messages
We call and text from (804) 500-6678.
Messages about your inquiry. When you give us your phone number and tick the consent box on the contact form, you agree to receive calls and text messages from us about that inquiry - questions about your business, arranging a call, and your growth plan. These are the messages you asked for by contacting us.
Marketing messages. Any text that is promotional rather than about your own inquiry needs a separate opt-in. Marketing consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and HELP for help. Telling us on a call or by email works just as well, and we will take you off the list either way.
Frequency and cost. How often we message you depends on how much back-and-forth your inquiry needs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan and carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your number. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
Automated Systems and AI
Building AI answering and follow-up systems is part of what we sell, and we use them ourselves. Some of our replies by text, email, or phone may be generated or assisted by an automated system. Ask for a person at any point and you will get one. Automated replies are not professional, legal, or financial advice, and nothing an automated system says binds us until a person confirms it.
How We Use It
We use what we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and put together your growth plan;
- contact you about the services you asked about;
- run, secure, and improve this site;
- keep records, meet our legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information with the service providers who help us operate - hosting, email, phone and messaging, scheduling, and our CRM - and only as much as each one needs to do its job. They are bound by contract to use it for us and for nothing else. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
Retention and Security
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to serve you, meet our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We protect it with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is perfectly secure and we will not pretend otherwise.
Your Choices
Ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, and we will do it. Reach us through the contact form. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under your local privacy law - we honor these choices for everyone either way.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with the date it took effect.
